He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Michael John Forsythe of Deltona and Michelle Bridgeman (Robert) of Tavares; his sisters, Margaret Hamelinck of Syracuse and Barbara Vine of New York; his grandchildren, Amber Mills, Brittany Van Kesteren, Robert Bridgeman, Dawn Forsythe, Bryce Bridgeman, Alex Bridgeman and Logan Bridgeman; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Mills, Gary Mills, Louis Mills, Maya Van Kesteren and Zowi Van Kesteren.
