He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Patrick; his son Chris Patrick; his grandchildren, James, Ali Brian and Tiffany; his great grandchildren, Christopher and Autumn; and his pet Blue. He is also survived by two brothers, 3 sisters, many beloved family members and friends.
