He was predeceased by: his sister Nadine McGee. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Kavala; his stepfather Chris Kavala; and his stepsiblings, Kimberly Smith (Brian), Christopher Kavala (Lesley) and Curt Kavala (Lori). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
