She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Carver Bartelt; and her children, Susan Jacobson (Barry), Kathy Skaliotis (Phil), David Bartelt (Lucille) and Patty Tagarelli (Mike). She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts be sent to St. Timothy Lutheran Church in memory of Ruth.
