It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby W. O'Neal of Tarpon Springs, Florida, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenis Whitaker and Ruth Whitaker; her husband William O'Neal; and her son John "Jack" O'Neal. She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" O'Neal (Debbie) of Dunedin, Florida and Barbara "Barb" Davis (Marion) of Fletcher; her grandsons, Matthew Davis (Julie) and Ryan Cottrell (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Meredith Davis, Torin and Colton Cottrell.
