He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his daughters, Julie Byrne (Mike) and Rebecca Jonas (Steven); his grandchildren, Hailee Byrne, Abigail Jonas, Lindsee Byrne, Rylee Byrne, Sarah Jonas and Robert Jonas; his father Robert Sr. Ascott; and his sister Susan Herbert of Aurora, IL.. He is also survived by many friends and family.
