He is survived by: his wife Anne M Vargas; his sons, Rashad E (Cecelia), Larry and Amari J.; his grandchildren, Greyson, Genevieve and Noah of Holiday Fl; his parents, Joaquina Flores of Tampa and Luis Vargas of New York; and his siblings, Rafael of Tampa, Fernando Gonzalez of Tampa and Luz Frances Rivera of Riverview Fl. He is also survived by four nephews and two nieces.
