Sullivan Jr.; his wife Christine; his stepchildren, Debra Moore-Kerr of Pensacola, FL, Duane Nelson of Alabama and John Sandridge (Shawn) of Crowne Point, IN; and his brother Raymond Sullivan (Diane). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
