With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Regina Mullins of Tarpon Springs, Florida, who passed away on August 15, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, William Mullins, Brian Mullins, Kenneth Mullins, Peter Mullins and Eileen Storz; and her siblings, John Dowd, Peter Dowd, Barbara Amico, Terry Fraumini and Laura Funke. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
