He was predeceased by: his former wife Lois Ann Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Philbin Garcia; his children, Suzanne Criswell (Gary) and Paul Garcia (Kim); his grandsons, Chad (Christina), Scott Minton (Caitlin), Connor and Brandon Garcia; his great grandchildren, Luke, Journi and Jamison Minton; his extended family, Jim Philbin (Diane), Tom Philbin (Diane), Sue Glomski (Mike) and Kevin Philbin; his grandchildren, Timothy, Kaitlin (Paul), Matthew, Ryan (Natalie), Christopher, Kristy (Dan), Erin (Dirk) and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Kailey, Halsten and Theo.
To make donations in his memory to Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School where Dr. Garcia was a proud member of the Class of 1948.
