He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Feagan and Dorothy Day Feagan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Feagan (Perkins); his children, David Allen Feagan of Palm Springs, CA, Ann Lynette Merkley of Alexandria, KY and Nicole Coppes (Dave) of Holiday, FL; his grandchildren, Hannah Coppes, Nigel Coppes, Chloe Coppes, Dayne Merkley, Brody Merkley and Cayce Merkley; his great grandchild Neiko Daniel; and his sister Linda Myers of Brooksville.
The family requests that COVID precautions be observed.
