With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Alexander Meyer of Tarpon Springs, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David Alexander leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Alex Christian. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen W. Meyer and Marlo M. Meyer (Christian) of Tarpon Springs, Florida; his sister Lauren E. Meyer of Edwardsville, Illinois; and his grandparents, Don, Marie Meyer of Springfield, Rita and Terry Ortman of Parrish, Florida. He is also survived by many aunts; uncles; cousins; other extended family and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A Mass was held on Monday, July 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (200 N Lange Ave, Maryville, IL 62062).
