It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Economos of Tarpon Springs, Florida, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Theo Economos; her parents, Vasile and Dikea; her siblings, Fran Tulumaris (Tony), George Fakis and Anna Faklis; her siblings-in-law, Cally Polites (Chris), Jimmy Economos (Pat) and Judith Economos; her nephew Mark Economos; her niece Maris Economos; and her cousins, Michael Faklis and Faye Spanos.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Kalodoukas (Vasilios) and Michael Economos (Kris); her grandson Andrew Economos; her brothers, Nick Faklis (Anna) and Michael Faklis; and her siblings-in-law, Katie Faklis and Andrew Economos.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral (36 N Pinellas Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at the Cycadia Cemetery (1021 E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Nicholas Greek Ortodox Cathedral Restoration Fund or HPH Chapters Hospice.
