It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Welker (Tarpon Springs, Florida), born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Welker and Eva Welker.
