He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Deborah Jacobs (George), Randy (Suzie) and Gary (Brenda); his grandchildren, Meashell (Chris), Daniel (Lacey), Eric (Ariel) and Erika; his great grandchildren, Christen, Caylee, Maley and Samuel; his siblings, Emory, Amber and Opal; and his mother-in-law Mary McNatt.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Pentecostal Tabernacle.
