He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph I. and Bernadine J. Allshouse (Nelson); his wife Julia; and his brother Joseph A. Allshouse. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Allshouse (Cindy) and David Allshouse; his grandchildren, Ben Allshouse and Sam Allshouse; his sister Jane Shaffer (Don); his children, Attn Dr, Office Dr of Development and Rocky Point Dr; and also Golden Valley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
