She is survived by: her parent Doshia Hutto; her son Al Spokas (Cindy) of Lutz; her grandchildren, Adolph Spokas, III, Michael Spokas (Malina) of Tampa and Leticia Worsham (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Megan, Madison, Caden, Ella, Hannah and Hayley.
