With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Locke Marshall of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on August 24, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Sandra Locke's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sandra Locke has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Locke and Yulan Locke. She is survived by: her husband Haskel Marshall; her children, Cal Cutler (Terry), Eve Tatum and Anna Marshall; her granddaughters, Layne Cutler and Claire Tatum; and her brother Thomas Locke (Nancy).
