He is survived by: his wife Sheila of Diego; his children, Shelly Wright (Randy), Robert "Rob", Diego III (Ania) and Sean (Brandi) of Diego; his grandchildren, Alexsis, Armani, Janae, Giana, Melia, Rylee and Ryker; and his sister Lucy Brunney. He is also survived by family members and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay.
