He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara Cook; and his sister Theresa Cook. He is survived by: his brothers, Anthony Brown (Mary) and Richard Cook; his aunt Valarie Bryant (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Sonya Christan, Courtney Sickman, Juanita Jones, Shaun Cook (Shanita) and Donald Westmoreland; and his close friends, Karol, Cordette and Miya. He is also survived by friends and loving coworkers.
