He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nicholas Louis and Martha Muller Piesco; his wife Mercedes; his son Nicholas Austin; and his sisters, Nancy Skilling of Clayton, Georgia and Pamela Piesco of Fort Myers. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations will be directed to the Florida Aquarium to support camperships and scholarships.
