Myrtle left this world on January 14, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Lena Sheffield Jones and Wade Robert Jones; her siblings, Russell, Vincent, Doyle, Lois (Holmquist Howard Ruffner), Robert, Prieston and Corky Jones; and her grandsons, Chris and Scott Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Carpenter (Ted), Janet Hoffman (Randy) and Carla Scruggs (Susan Fisher); her grandchildren, Katie Whitt (Taylor), Ryan Hoffman (Kieran O'Brien), Blake Hoffman and Sarah Hoffman (Lauren Steimle); and her great grandchildren, Jake Carpenter and Oliver Whitt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Watson Milton Funeral Home (426 W Wade St, Trenton, FL 32693). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Midway Church of Christ (5750 W Co Rd 232, Bell, FL 32619).
