He was predeceased by: his parents, Saul Manassa and Sadye Altschuler Manassa; his sisters, Estelle Mailman and Myrtle Blitz; and his former wife Suzanne Rene Birnbaum Manassa.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Franklin Manassa; and his children, Jill M. Klein, Stewart D. Manassa and Beth M. Caswell (Tom). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
