We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2024, at the age of 82, Lydia Martinez (Tampa, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcos Diaz and Luz Maria Flores; her husband Rene Martinez; and her brother Tony Diaz. She is survived by: her brother Marcus Diaz; her daughters, Mercedes Martinez and Renee Martinez Soto; her grandchildren, Jonathan Rene Vicente and Isabelle Aurora Soto; and her son-in-law Brian Soto. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blount and Curry Carrollwood Funeral Home (3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618).
