She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horn and Maye Horn; her sister Kimberly Horn (Vincent Murray); and her granddaughter Kalyn O'Barr. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly O'Barr and Kathryn Valdes (Rene); her grandchildren, Kasey O'Barr, Kelcy O'Barr, Adam Valdes and Ashley Valdes; her brother Mark Horn (Susan); and her nephew Justin Horn (Neice Jennifer Horn).
