He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kessler and Leonore Kessler. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsey" Kessler; his siblings, Robert Kessler (Robyn) and Susan Kessler (Jeffrey Berger); his children, David Kessler and Sarah Kessler; his granddaughters, Ashley Erickson and Leonore Jones; his siblings-in-law, Victoria and Donald Wiederecht; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Kessler, Beth Kessler, Alex Kessler (Kristen), Gregory Wiederecht and Elizabeth Wiederecht; and his friends, Arlene and Leon Tracht. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 3303 W Swann Ave, Tampa, FL 33609. A prayer was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Tampa Jewish Family Services or to any charity of one's choice.
