He was predeceased by: his uncle Jim Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Joy Alvarez (Johnson) and Joseph O'Steen (Leigh); his stepfather Ernie Alvarez; his brothers, Jason O'Steen and Justin O'Steen; his nephew Jackson O'Steen; and his grandparents, Charlotte O'Steen and John Johnson.
