We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 69, Joann Sams of Tampa, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Larger Sams and Mother Josephine Sams. She is survived by: her nephew James Lee Sams, Jr.; her siblings, Larger Sams, Jr. (Barbara), James Sams (Michelle), Robert Sams (Joyce), Alphonso Sams (Carol), Lonnie Sams and Aretha Sams; her aunts, Nancy Gould and Doretha Pender; and also Vernita Woods. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday morning for the viewing at 9:00 a. m. and the service will begin at 10:00 a. m. Masks Are Recommended.
