He was predeceased by: his parents, Manibhai Patel and Chanchalben Patel. He is survived by: his wife Usha Shah; his sons, Rajan and Michael; his daughters-in-law, Ferzin and Shaki; and his grandsons, Davin and Levi.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (12609 Memorial Dr, Trinity, FL 34655).
