She is survived by: her mother Irene Schuett; her sister Tersenia Schuett; and her brother-in-law Keith Wendt.
Since moving to Florida in 1992, she held management positions at the Mahaffey Theatre, the Pinellas Education Foundation, and the Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions at St. Petersburg College.
