He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Lewis (Liz), Phyllis Lewis, Theresa Lewis, Patricia Sheard (Cris) of Albany, GA, Shirley Williams of Albany, GA, Yolanda Lewis, Henry Lewis, Jr., Calvin Lewis, Sr., Anthony, Lewis, Sr., Leslie Lewis, Sr., Lenthia and Alvin Lewis; and his sister Dennie Cross of Albany, GA.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends.
