It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sparr (Tampa, Florida), who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Andrew Wessel. She is survived by: her spouse John S. Sparr, Jr.; her child Janet "Jan" Wessel (David); her grandchildren, David Wessel, Jr. (Veronica) and Timothy Wessel (Victoria); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah, Matthew, Jonathan and Lauren; and her children, Office of Development, Rocky Point Dr and Tampa.
