He is survived by: his wife Blanca Estela Saenz; his children, Joanna Marie Saenz, Eleazar Saenz Jr., Zenaida Saenz and Blanca Natalia Saenz; his grandchildren, Aislynn Marie Valenzuela, Adriel Andre Valenzuela and Zelaina Estelle Cousins; and his siblings, Oscar, Enriqueta, Maria, Aron, Baltazar, Arali, Alejandra, Eunice and Eliseo.
