She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Samaro and Edward Donald Pastore; her husband Jerry Lens; and her sister Carol Biagi. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Manoleros (Joy) of Yorktown, Virginia and Debra Soto (Deb) of New Port Richey, Florida; her grandchildren, Jeffry, Jacob, Jordan, Jonathan, Joanna, Rachel and Benjamin; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Bridgette, Harvey and Chloe. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
