It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Frank Cigarran (Tampa, Florida), who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ramon and Rosenda Cigarran; and his siblings, Raymond and Lily. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Frances Cigarran Shafik (David) and Cindy Bechtel Eddie Cigarran Jr. (Mary); his grandchildren, Ryan, Joshua, Leland, Gabriel and Lucas; and his brother Gerald.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay or Make-a- Wish Foundation.
