He is survived by: his daughters, Jada Banks (Brian) of Marion, IL and Amber Evans (Michael) of Pittsburgh, PA.; his grandchildren, Hailey, Chase, Cooper, Josiah, Meila and Michael; and his significant other Lisa Mitchell.
