It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Susan Harper (Tampa, Florida), who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Ann C Salter; and her brother Ronnie. She is survived by: her husband Neal Sr. of Riverview, FL; her children, Misty (Donnie) of Plant City, FL, Nicole (Jon) of Bradenton, FL and Neal Jr. of Tampa, FL; and her grandchildren, Branden, Tracy, Keira, Kyler, Camryn, Raegyn and Charli. She is also survived by her siblings, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, in-laws and friends.
