She was predeceased by: her father Robert Dale Cowell Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Sue Cowell; her boyfriend Charles "Beany" Stoy; her son Jason Garber (Gretchen); her granddaughters, Isla and Brenna; and her siblings, Pamela Cowell, Robert Cowell Jr., Christa Matheou (John) and Brandon Cowell (Lindsay). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation and The Association for Frontotemporal Dementia in her memory.
