He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Campbell and Bonnie Campbell; his wife Cathy; his sons, David (Mariah), Ryan (Brittani), Andrew and Anthony; his grandchildren, Joshua, Andrew, Harliegh, Aurora, Nicholas and Savannah; his siblings, Raymond (Deborah), Vicki Allen (Michael) and Robin Campbell; his parents-in-law, Michael and Joan Mandell; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Haner (Archie), Deborah Mandell (John Petrisky) and Mike Mandell (Deborah).

Donations may be made in Dave's memory to the Shriners.
