He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ellen Hall; his children, Gretchen Hall Garrigues, Chandler Michael Hall, Todd Alan Foreman and Tiffany Kathleen Dobras; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Garrigues, Lauren Garrigues, Griffin Hall, Owen Hall, Todd Foreman, Jr., Amber Foreman, Mason Foreman and Stefan Dobras.

He battled Parkinson's disease for over 14 years, receiving amazing care and support from a top rate team of doctors and caretakers.
