He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Gloria Springer. He is survived by: his children, David Joseph Springer, Michael Andrew Springer (Susan), Elizabeth Marie Springer, Susan Theresa Kelly (Richard), Sharon Rose Arrowood (David) and Arthur James Springer (Brenda). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home (4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
