He was predeceased by: his significant other Ana Maria; his children, Ana Paula Schrader and Antonio Fernando Mendonca; and his children-in-law, Alan Todd Schrader and Patricia Anne Mendonca.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alan Bates-Mendonca (Stephanie Bates-Mendonca), Antonio Welton Mendonca, Ryan Fernando Mendonca and Ashley Taylor Schrader; and his great grandchildren, Dexter and Reid Bates-Mendonca.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family of Antonio asks that donations be made to Gulfside Hospice in Antonio's name as a thank you for how much they did to care for him and his family.
