She was predeceased by: her pappou John; and her grandfather Jay. She is survived by: her parents, Christopher Jurkowski and Patricia Mavrakis; her stepfather Milton; her siblings, Alex, Anastacia, Ariyanna and Theo; and her grandmother Martha.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (12609 Memorial Dr, Trinity, FL 34655).
