She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean (Malvin Meck) and Malvin. She is survived by: her husband Gino Banks; her son Barry Kaplan (Suzy); and her siblings, Dorothy Stora (Jim), Jean Knott and Malvin Meck (Liz).

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bailey Memorial (6701 W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL 33319). Viewing was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
