He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sr. Kmet and Bernice Kmet. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Kmet (Marci); his children, Chuck (Jen), Vanessa (Chris), Jessica (Stephen) and Natalee; and his brother Michael Kmet (Nancy). He is also survived by loving his spouse and children and loved being a grandfather.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the LifePoint Church (1224 Pedrick Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32317). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

Between 1990 - 2020, he made significant contributions to communities raising over $10M for the Florida Foundation for Excellence, Florida Council on Economic Education, Suncoast Chamber and One for the Children while supervising over 200 people.
