She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Isaac Williams and Wanda Eileen Ward Williams. She is survived by: her children, Warren Higdon (Melanie), Ralph Higdon (Michelle), David Chitty (Erika) and Joann Chitty; and her sisters, Connie Hart and Kim Grant. She is also survived by extended family members, work colleagues and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Higdon Residence (401 N Duval St, Quincy, FL 32315).
