He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Baxley and Bernice Kelly Baxley; and his sisters, Betty Baxley Hodges and Patricia Baxley Dancer. He is survived by: his wife LaRue DuPriest Baxley; his daughter Melissa Baxley McClellan (Chad); his brother Phillip Baxley (Alice); his siblings-in-law, Sondra Langford and Sol DuPriest (Diane); and his caregivers, Ava Montalvo and Katrina Enzor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
