He is survived by: his children, Leah Maria Campbell of Sarasota, Abigale Jean Howard of Brandon, Florida and Jacob Smith (Lauren) of Clarksville, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, John Campbell of Knoxville, Carter, Braden, Leo, Kaia Campbell of Bradenton, Evelyn and Amelia.
