He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Edith Mae Todd Milligan; his siblings, Charles and Betty; his stepson Johnny; and his former wife Bette Ann.
He is survived by: his son Cary (Betty); his siblings, Harry, Dennis, Leroy and Nancy; and his nieces and nephews, Bebe, Frankie, Scottie, Shawne and Marybeth. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bevis Funeral Home (200 John Knox Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Donations to Towne East Baptist Church in lieu of flowers are requested.
