He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Edith Mae Todd Milligan; his siblings, Charles and Betty; his stepson Johnny; and his former wife Bette Ann.

He is survived by: his son Cary (Betty); his siblings, Harry, Dennis, Leroy and Nancy; and his nieces and nephews, Bebe, Frankie, Scottie, Shawne and Marybeth. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Donations to Towne East Baptist Church in lieu of flowers are requested.
