He is survived by: his children, Robert Hart, Jr. of Tallahassee, FL and Kelly Hart of Branford, CT; and his siblings, Leslie Hart (Bobbie) of Melbourne, FL, Philip Hart (Sharon) of Branford, CT and Kathleen.
